Located in Edmonton's 124th St. district, Lion's Breath offers over 75 classes a week in hatha yoga, ashtanga, vinyasa flow, pilates, restorative yoga, yoga inspired by Iyengar, pre- and post-natal, moms & cubs, introduction to meditation, ashtanga R&B, ashtanga ujjayi drum, pilates mat, pilates cadillac and reformer and other movement-inspired offerings. Classes are beginner to advanced, drop-in and pre-registered, to support the growth and needs of every practitioner along the way.
