This is a one week commitment to both juice cleansing and becoming a more aware and conscious eater. If you have always wanted to change your eating habits yet have wondered how or seem to keep slipping back into old habits, this cleanse can help with both. We have two juices a day, tea, water and broth. We meet daily for the week. It is better if you can take the time off, but you can still work.
