Class Descriptions

Each yoga journey is unique. If group classes aren’t for you, or you have specific fitness goals or injuries that need special attention, you may prefer to schedule private or semi-private sessions.

Our highly-trained, intuitive instructors will support your unique journey by creating a practice that makes sense for your body and fitness level.

If you are a beginner, have injuries or would like to work towards a specific physical goal or deepen your practice, one-on-one sessions may be a good option for you.
