A Downward Dog a day can reduce stress, improve overall health and boost self-esteem. Hitting the yoga mat in gym class, at lunch-hour or after-school can also improve the physical health and grade-point averages of students. (California State University).
Our highly-trained, gifted instructors can custom-design a class for teachers or students which incorporates breathing and relaxation techniques, and postures to promote self-awareness, improve endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination.
