My Love. Valentine's Workshop
Re-ignite and explore new ways of relating to a loved one in this beginner based partner yoga class. The primary movements will have you relating to each other differently than usual by simply placing you in a new and unique relationship to each other. Yoga, acro-yoga and some massage techniques will give you all you need to bring back play, laughter and those exquisite moments of shared fun. Beginners are welcome as well as more experienced yoga folks. Register on-line. $50 per couple.

Kettlebell Workshop Feb. 5th
Lance is having another Kettlebell workshop on Sunday, Feb. 5th from 1:30-4:30 pm. If you have ever wanted to try it out, you need to come and see what it is all about. Cost is $75 + GST. This workshop is a prerequisite for his weekly classes and shouldn't be missed.

Kettlebell Workshops at Lion's Breath
What is a Kettlebell?
Best described as a "cannonball with a handle", this piece of exercise equipment was first used by athletes over 2000 years ago in Greece, where the kettlebell is thought to have originated. Since then, it has been used by athletes, trainers, and 'strongmen' in many cultures and countries. Currently, the kettlebell is used by people of varying fitness levels from the raw beginner to pro-athletes. The kettlebell is by far one of the most versatile and simple to use training tools on the market today.
