We are once a gain adventuring out to Elizabeth Parker Hut. Ski or snowshoe, it is up to you. Includes transportation, food and entertainment. Room for 10 participants so register now! More information to come.

This juice cleanse is based on all 7 chakras from the base chakra on day 1 to the crown chakra on day 7. It can be done while working, though we encourage you to allow space from work if possible. Yoga class is daily from 10-11, then we prepare the first juice. Second juice is taken with you so you can return to work or simply take it home. Please register a week in advance as there are pre-cleansing instructions. Contact dawn@lionsbreath.ca for more information.
