The latter part of the instruction is designed to calm, relax and rejuvenate the whole self. Similar to Ashtanga, but is a different sequence so students can explore outside of the box.

Lance is a Certified Yoga Instructor and has been involved in the field of body work for over sixteen years. He holds a combined physiotherapy and kinesiology degree with additional certification as a massage therapist. He is a uniquely accomplished and cross-trained athlete, martial artist, coach, and yoga enthusiast/instructor.
