Kshatriya Training for Implementing the Philosophies
Students must exhibit a strong desire for learning about what is beneath the physical asanas of yoga and have a willingness to delve into the history, limbs and a personal practice. One year previous practice in yoga asanas is required.
Applicants must meet Dawn Lamothe, owner and main instructor and begin attendance of classes. Registrations are not considered without a $500 deposit fee paid at least one month in advance and an interview has been conducted. Deposits are not refundable unless we cancel. Early registration is advised as the program fills quickly. Maximum 9 students.

Kshatriya Program for Instruction and Leadership
Prior to application for Kshatriya Teacher Training, the student must have a minimum of two years of committed previous yoga experience. The student must show a deep and implemented understanding of the 8 limbs of yoga in action.
