Warrior Eh?
I am on this amazing bike trip through Europe... well, Belgium, Germany, Holland, France and Luxembourg. These countries are outrageously beautiful in a car. On a bike they are exponentially so.
In Ickleton, just outside of Cambridge the adventure began with a dessert – choice of toffee pudding or spotted dick. I opted for the toffee, despite my sincere intrigue.
First day in Brussels I hit the tram rail the wrong way and besides some blacks, blues, greens and cuts, nausea, and vomiting, the fall was not that serious. Good start and only 60 kilometres to do that day.
Notice the picture of our Asse..ss. Great little town with other interesting names like Jaguar Asse...
See the acro yoga? We are in the square at Ghent. Photo op for many other foreigners and people were running to get our photo. Perhaps we should open a branch in Belgium?
Brugges is a superb little city with great sites. Everyone here bikes! I love it!
This trip is to commemorate the bike. It is truly a wonderful option..see how Yoga and cycling go together???
Lions Breath is now offering a special for those willing to commute by foot, bike or board: receive a 30 minute private with me in order to learn more about yoga. Stay tuned to the site for more details.
I love Europe. Solar panels abound. Bikes replace cars. Everyone has beautiful thighs from riding/walking. The buildings are intelligent and space is grown up rather than urban sprawl disease we see in North America.
I feel excited to make more changes and winter riding is on my agenda. Are you in?
Back soon.
